Terms of Service

The Detail Dudes provides mobile car detail services at the address you supply at booking. The exact services included in your package, the estimated time on-site, and the price are shown to you in the booking flow before payment.

Booking a slot requires a deposit, applied against the service price on the day of work. You may cancel or reschedule for a full deposit refund up to 24 hours before the start of your slot. Cancellations inside the 24-hour window forfeit the deposit but retain the travel-fee refund.

Prices shown in the booking flow are estimates based on the vehicle size you select. If your vehicle is materially different from the size you booked, or carries condition flags (heavy pet hair, excessive mud, biohazard) not disclosed at booking, we may quote an addendum on-site before continuing. You can decline and forfeit the deposit only.

Deposits process through Stripe. Final balances are charged on the day of service via the same card unless you arrange otherwise. We accept card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash where regulations allow.

If weather makes the work unsafe, we will text you to reschedule at no charge before we arrive. If we are already on-site and have to stop, the work performed is billed pro-rata.

You agree to provide access to the vehicle, a flat surface, water access where required, and a 110V outlet within 50 feet. You confirm that the vehicle is yours or that you have permission from the owner.

Our liability for any claim arising from our work is capped at the amount you paid for that service. Pre-existing damage, paint defects that surface after wax or polish, and items left in the vehicle are not our responsibility unless we explicitly caused the damage.

If a service did not meet the standard described in the booking flow, tell us within 24 hours of completion. We will either re-perform the service or refund the difference. See the Refund Policy for the full process.

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, Santa Rosa County. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in that state.
