Refund Policy

Cancel or reschedule 24 or more hours before your slot starts and your deposit is refunded in full. The travel-fee portion of the deposit is always refundable, even inside the window.

Cancellations inside the 24-hour window forfeit the service deposit. Travel-fee refund still applies.

If a finished service did not meet the standard described in the booking flow, contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will return to re-perform the affected work at no charge, or refund the difference between what you paid and the fair value of what was delivered. You choose.

For interior detail and full detail packages that include odor treatment, if a strong odor returns within 30 days from a source we treated, we will return once at no charge. Smoking, pets, and food spills introduced after the service do not count and are not covered.

Before opening a chargeback, please email hello@thedetaildudes.com so we can resolve the issue. Chargebacks raised without a refund attempt are typically reversed when we present this policy plus before-and-after photos.
