Privacy Policy

The Detail Dudes (we, us) is a mobile car detail service operating in Florida. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our site or book a service, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have.

When you contact us or book a service, we collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, service address, and the messages you send. Bookings made through the site capture payment metadata (handled by Stripe), the appointment slot you chose, and the IP address of the device that made the request.

Site analytics (Google Analytics + Vercel Analytics) capture aggregate page-view data, device class, and approximate region. They do not store name, email, or phone number.

We share booking data with the third parties needed to fulfill the service: Stripe (payments), Cal.com (appointment scheduling), Resend (email), Telnyx (SMS when you opt in), Vercel (site hosting), and Google (calendar). Each vendor has its own privacy policy.

We send transactional SMS messages (booking confirmations, appointment reminders, on-the-way updates) to the phone number you provide at booking. You can opt in to occasional marketing SMS via the booking form. Reply STOP to any marketing SMS to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

We keep booking records for as long as you are an active customer and for 7 years afterward for tax and dispute-resolution purposes. Marketing-SMS opt-ins are kept until you opt out.

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. Email hello@thedetaildudes.com and we will respond within 30 days.
